The straight answer
No. Insurance is a group of people agreeing to share a loss none of them could carry alone, and Scripture is consistently warm toward that kind of foresight.
The prudent sees danger and takes cover; the simple keep walking and pay for it. The ant stores in summer. Joseph reads a coming famine and builds a national grain reserve, which is essentially catastrophe insurance for a region, and Scripture presents it as wisdom rather than as unbelief. Paul is blunt that a believer who does not provide for his own household has denied the faith, and a life insurance policy on a sole earner is one of the plainest forms of that provision.
The verse usually raised against this is the command not to be anxious. But look at what it actually forbids: worry, not planning. The same teacher told people to sit down and count the cost before building. Insurance, bought once and then forgotten, is one of the few purchases that genuinely reduces anxiety.
The real faith question is different and worth asking: where does your security rest? A policy is a way of loving the people who depend on you. It is not a wall against God, and it was never able to guarantee tomorrow anyway.

34Let Pharaoh do this, and let him appoint overseers over the land, and take up the fifth part of the land of Egypt’s produce in the seven plenteous years. 35Let them gather all the food of these good years that come, and lay up grain under the hand of Pharaoh for food in the cities, and let them keep it. 36The food will be for a store to the land against the seven years of famine, which will be in the land of Egypt; that the land not perish through the famine.”Genesis 41:34-36 · World English Bible, public domain
Joseph stores a fifth of seven good harvests against seven bad ones. Foresight at national scale.
But if anyone doesn’t provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever.1 Timothy 5:8 · World English Bible, public domain
Providing for your household is not a lack of faith; failing to is described far more severely.
25Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? 26See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they? 27“Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? 28Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, 29yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. 30But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith? 31“Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ 32For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. 34Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.Matthew 6:25-34 · World English Bible, public domain
